NJCAA No. 7/Region 8 No. 3 Tallahassee Community College defeated IMG Academy on Tuesday, 122-40, to keep the Lady Eagles record at 5-0.

With a big scoring performance by sophomore guard Jas Hill, TCC rallied behind a roaring crowd from students of Sabal Palm and Balm Elementary.

TCC started off with a long run after one quarter putting up 41 points. The Lady Eagles held IMG to just 6 points in the first, defensively causing 19 turnovers with their full court trap.

The Eagles extended their lead to 63-11 going into intermission.

Jas Hill lead all players on the night with 36 points. Nakiah Black also had one of her better games scoring 24 points and causing 12 steals.

Tallahassee Community College ended the game shooting 60% from the field in the fourth to keep their hot streak going.

Defensively, the Eagles forced 43 turnovers and out rebounded IMG 43-29.

TCC Lady Eagle’s next game will be Friday in Athens, Texas. Tip-off is at 4 p.m. eastern.
