Famous soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo wears a backpack for something other than soccer.

Backpacks are a staple for many types of people. Even if you are not heading back to school backpacks are used for many activities such as sports, sleepovers and traveling.

Nowadays, backpacks come in all shapes and sizes and have become part of a fashion trend. The mini backpack is so in right now, but how do the students of TCC feel about the backpack?

TCC student Leissa Cazeau said the mini backpack is not the best bag for school because it can be hard to fit books into.

“It’s super cute for fashion, but for school I’m not a fan.” “I need my space,” said Cazeau.

Demarcus Jackson uses his backpack strictly for school.

TCC student Demarcus Jackson said he does not think mini backpacks are a good look foreveryone.

“I don’t like it when girls wear those backpacks,” said Jackson.

Sarah Gibson, another TCC student, said she prefers regular backpacks that arenot ugly.

Sarah Gibson thinks her backpack is cute but uses it because it is practical.

“I mean I bought it because it was cute, but I don’t like wear it as an outfit piece,” Gibson said. “It’s just like something I bought when it was cute and then now I just use it because it’s a backpack.”

Mini backpacks are completely about style, but as Gibson said even with regular backpacks style is a part of the decision to buy and then wear them.

Here are three backpacks that are both practical and fashionable.

This pink backpack is cute and cheeryyet subdued enough to go with all sorts of outfits.
