Confucius was a Chinese philosopher during 560 BC.

His famous works was written in the Analects

In the quote it says “He who says ‘he can’ and he who says ‘he can’t’ are both usually right.”

The quote means that the man who is determined to do something  will accomplish it at all cost and succeed. While the the man who is not determined to lose will fail.

This quote can apply to TCC Students because, according to Confucius, if we say we can achieve an A, we will achieve an A. If we are determined to finish our AA and accomplish our bachelor’s degree, we will achieve those degrees.
