Tallahassee Community College student Kamron Pitts is one of several local students that have hired attorney Robert Churchill to sue an off-campus housing complex that failed to provide reliable access to internet and cable.  Tenants received eviction notices when they stopped paying rent in order to protest the condominium association’s failure to provide connectivity.

The Pointe at Adams Place Apartments offered to increase the monthly rent to add internet service.  However, students signed leases at the beginning of the year that guaranteed internet service, a vital utility for success in academics.
