This TCC Talon Tunes playlist was made by Rayleen McIntosh, who is from Alachua, Fla. She is a third-year student at TCC who intends to major in Respiratory Care. McIntosh said these songs of encouragement “…remind me that I can indeed keep pushing forward, that I have what it takes to speak up and not give up”.
“Whenever I’m struggling in my life or when things are getting hectic I turn to these songs for comfort; to remind me that I can indeed keep pushing forward, that I have what it takes to speak up and not give up,” she said. “Life tends to throw lots of frustrating moments at you and you have a choice to lie down and let it or stand up and keep pushing forward regardless of what others think of you or who all is watching.”
