The Talon’s Market, a free on-campus marketplace designed for students experiencing food insecurity, celebrated its fourth anniversary on Wednesday, Oct. 25, outside the Student Union. Tallahassee Community College Student Resource Coordinator Kayla Dover said the Talon’s Market is attempting to try and break stigmas surrounding food banks and show students it is open to them. There were games, food and a Kona Tropical Shaved Ice truck.
